Nick believes in an ancestral flavored approach to health. This includes a diet laden with nutrient dense real foods, a consistent mindfulness practice, quality sleep and training characterized by variety, functional application and intensity. We should sweat and show gratitude daily.

He operated the site using word press and the contributions of current professional baseball players, from different MLB teams around the country. While they were primitive in their resources and approach, they were featured in the Wall Street Journal Online and ESPN.com
