As Minor Leaguers preparing for the 2013 season and taking yet another step toward achieving our Major League dreams, it is important that we take a few things into consideration. First, while physical preparation (i.e. weightlifting, conditioning, hitting, throwing, proper sleep and nutrition) are crucial components, there is still one major element left out, THE MIND.
Secondly, our minds can be our greatest asset or our greatest liability. As such, it is our responsibility to train our minds to become the lethal weapons they are capable of becoming. The Cup Check team has assemble their “Starting 9: Mental Conditioning Titles” below:
